Texas Hill Country BBQ Sauce

Raw Heat is an absolutely great sauce! I first encountered it in 1999 and have been obsessed since. I use it as a sauce on SOO much, but also as an ingredient in dishes I make. It does the heavy lifting to make THE BEST deviled eggs ever…I am always getting requests to bring items to cookouts that have some raw heat as a component. I was lost without it when the production was paused for the rebrand (I was going to ask Spicin if my face could be used if they did the screaming face ‘Pain is Good’ label), I am so happy to have it available and I’m still buying it by the case.

I actually thought this was gonna be hotter than it is. It’s a little hotter than most sauces, but it’s a right amount of heat for me and the flavor is spot on.

Original Pitmaster BBQ Sauce

I have been buying this salsa since the 1990s, when Spicin Foods was the original Calido Chile Traders. I come back and get more regularly. The salsa has a thick texture, fairly smooth with some small vegetable pieces, and sticks to food well. The heat is evident but not overwhelming, and builds as you eat. There are salsas from other, newer producers that I enjoy, but I keep coming back to this one. Worth a try if you haven't, worth keeping around once you do.

Mix with Cristal wing sauce and you have killer hotwings!

We love the bbq the packaging was well done like you care it took awhile to get it but was well worth the wait wish it was sold at stores but getting it straight from your location
